IMRGIMRG (Interactive Media in Retail Group) aims to help maximise the commercial potential of electronic shopping – from online, telephone and mobile commerce to digital TV, home shopping and interactive kiosk applications. IMRG members comprise hundreds of retail enterprises operating throughout the industry. There is also strong involvement from carriers and suppliers of software and services to the market. IMRG's activities include research, analysis, information and lobbying on behalf of members, as well as evolving and promoting best practice and raising standards throughout the industry. Projects include the ISIS (Internet Shopping is Safe) and IDIS (Internet Delivery is Safe) campaigns, which are supported by detailed policy manuals. The ISIS and IDIS logos have become recognised as denoting high quality in multi-channel retailing and fulfilment.
